Instructions
- Wash all fresh peppers, tomatoes, and cilantro thoroughly under running water. Set aside to dry.
- Dice all peppers and tomatoes into bite size pieces. Place into large bowl.
- Chop cilantro into fine pieces and add to other ingredients in bowl.
- Add seasoned pepper blend to all other ingredients in mixing bowl.
- Combine all ingredients by stirring gently. Place in refrigerator for 2 hours for best flavor. Store at refrigerated temperature for up to 3 days.
- SPECIAL DIETARY NOTE: For renal diets, reduce portion size to 1/4 cup to reduce potassium. For autoimmune diets, personal sensitivities must be considered.
