- 1lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Portions
- 12ounces Broccoli cuts, fresh frozen,
- 1tsp Seasoned pepper, salt free
- 2cup Mushrooms, raw

Instructions
- Wash vegetables thoroughly and set aside to dry.
- Preheat non stick saute pan over medium high heat.
- Cut chicken breasts into bite size pieces, add to saute pan and cook until light brown.
- Add broccoli cuts and pepper to chicken pieces in pan and continue cooking until tender crisp. Add mushrooms to mixture and cook until light brown.
- Reduce heat to low and add honey mustard sauce. Cover pan and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Portion 1/2 cup onto serving plate and serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days. Serving suggestion: Serve over brown rice.

Me and my husband are looking for low sodium recipes. He had a heart attack in 2017 and we are trying to eat more healthy. I use a lot of Mrs. Dash but not fond of some of the seasoning. We eat a lot of fish, ground chicken. He is a big hunter so we have Vinson. And are looking for buafflo. Thank you tammy
