Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Thoroughly wash vegetables and set aside to dry.
- Lightly spray baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange okra in baking dish in a single layer.
- Drizzle olive oil over okra. Sprinkle seasoned pepper and basil on top of olive oil.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Portion 1/2 cup into serving dish. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days.
