Instructions
  1. Wash all fresh fruits thoroughly and set aside to dry.
  2. In medium saucepan or microwave, heat cranberry juice and cranberries cooking until slow boil. Remove from heat and add Splenda and gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.
  3. Add water and continue stirring. Add peaches until combined. Place into serving bowl and refrigerate until congealed.
  4. Portion 1/2 cup into serving dish and serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
