Instructions
  1. Wash all fresh fruits thoroughly and set aside to dry.
  2. In medium saucepan or microwave, heat water until boiling. Remove boiling water from heat and add gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.
  3. Add mandarin orange segments including liquid until combined. Place into serving bowl and refrigerate until congealed.
  4. Portion 1/2 cup into serving dish and serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
