Instructions
- Wash all fresh fruits thoroughly and set aside to dry.
- In medium saucepan or microwave, heat water until boiling. Remove boiling water from heat and add gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.
- Add mandarin orange segments including liquid until combined. Place into serving bowl and refrigerate until congealed.
- Portion 1/2 cup into serving dish and serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
