Instructions
- Wash all fresh fruits thoroughly and set aside to dry. Drain crushed pineapple into small bowl reserving juice.
- In medium saucepan or microwave, heat reserved pineapple juice. Add gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.
- Add water and continue stirring. Add cottage cheese, pineapple and pecan piecesuntil combined. Place into serving bowl and refrigerate until congealed.
- Portion 1/2 cup into serving dish and serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
