Instructions
  1. Wash all fresh fruits thoroughly and set aside to dry. Drain crushed pineapple into small bowl reserving juice.
  2. In medium saucepan or microwave, heat reserved pineapple juice. Add gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.
  3. Add water and continue stirring. Add blueberries, pineapple and almonds until combined. Place into serving bowl and refrigerate until congealed.
  4. Portion 1/2 cup into serving dish and serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
