- 1lb Shrimp, raw, peeled
- 1tsp Mickey and Ts Taste of Louisiana
- 1each Yellow pepper, large
- 2each Red pepper, large
- 1/4c Onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw - 1 cup, chopped
- 1c Bouillon, granulated, sodium free, chicken
- 2tsp Garlic, Raw, Clove
- 1tbsp Oil, olive
- 2tbsp Butter, unsalted

Instructions
- Wash all vegetables thoroughly.
- Over medium heat, heat olive oil.
- Add butter and garlic and saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Add shrimp, chicken stock, and Cajun seasoning and cook, stirring for about 2-3 minutes.
- Add peppers and scallions to pan and cook for 5 more minutes or until shrimp is no longer transparent.
- Serve over rice. Add lemon for flavor, if desired.
