Instructions
  1. Wash all fresh fruits ad vegetables and set aside to dry.
  2. To prepare beef broth for soup, bring 4 cups of water to a boil in sauce pot. Add 4 packets of no sodium beef broth to water stirring to blend.
  3. To prepared beef broth, add diced tomatoes with juice, chopped onion, frozen vegetables, and seasoned pepper. Bring to a rapid boil.
  4. Cover sauce pot, reduce heat to simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Portion 1 cup into bowl and serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days.
