Instructions
- Wash all fresh fruits ad vegetables and set aside to dry.
- To prepare beef broth for soup, bring 4 cups of water to a boil in sauce pot. Add 4 packets of no sodium beef broth to water stirring to blend.
- To prepared beef broth, add diced tomatoes with juice, chopped onion, frozen vegetables, and seasoned pepper. Bring to a rapid boil.
- Cover sauce pot, reduce heat to simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
- Portion 1 cup into bowl and serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days.
