  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the undrained pineapple, sliced banana and lime juice and bring to a simmer over medium-low heat.  Simmer for 8-10 minutes until soft and lumpy. Remove from heat and place in a bowl, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  2. In dessert dishes, layer the yogurt and sauce, ending with the sauce. Top each dessert dish with coconut.
