Instructions
  1. Wash all fresh fruits and vegetables and set aside to dry.
  2. Cut fish into chunks and mix with Taste of Jamaica seasoning. Place fish on prepared grill and cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until fish is done. Set aside on plate.
  3. To prepare cilantro sauce for fish, chop cilantro and place in small bowl. Add greek yogurt and cumin to cilantro and stir to combine.
  4. On serving plate, place one flatbread. Add fish cooked fish pieces to flatbread. Add shredded cabbage to top fish. Drizzle with cilantro sauce. Serve warm flatbread.
