- 4each Tilapia - 1 fillet
- 2tbsp Mickey & T's Taste of Jamaica
- 1cup Cabbage, raw - 1 cup, shredded
- 4each Flatbread
Cilantro Sauce
- 2each Yogurt, Greek, plain, nonfat - 1 container
- 18each Cilantro - 9 sprigs
- 1tsp Cumin, Ground

Instructions
- Wash all fresh fruits and vegetables and set aside to dry.
- Cut fish into chunks and mix with Taste of Jamaica seasoning. Place fish on prepared grill and cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until fish is done. Set aside on plate.
- To prepare cilantro sauce for fish, chop cilantro and place in small bowl. Add greek yogurt and cumin to cilantro and stir to combine.
- On serving plate, place one flatbread. Add fish cooked fish pieces to flatbread. Add shredded cabbage to top fish. Drizzle with cilantro sauce. Serve warm flatbread.
