Instructions
  1. Wash all fresh fruits and vegetables thoroughly prior to use and set aside to dry.
  2. In medium bowl, combine olive oil,vinegar and ground ginger and whisk together. Add juice of one lime to salad dressing mixture.
  3. Place in salad dressing server and refrigerate for 6-8 hours for flavors to blend. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes prior to use and serve.
