Instructions
  1. Wash all fresh fruits and vegetables thoroughly before use and set aside to dry.
  2. In large saucepan, preheat olive oil until hot. Add garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add vegetable stock, vinegar, and kale.
  3. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Remove cover and cook until liquid has evaporated.
  4. Portion ½ c serving onto serving dish. Use immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
