Instructions
  1. Wash all fresh peppers, tomatoes, and cilantro thoroughly under running water. Set aside to dry.
  2. Dice all peppers and tomatoes into bite size pieces. Place into large bowl.
  3. Chop cilantro into fine pieces and add to other ingredients in bowl.
  4. Add seasoned pepper blend to all other ingredients in mixing bowl.
  5. Combine all ingredients by stirring gently. Place in refrigerator for 2 hours for best flavor. Store at refrigerated temperature for up to 3 days.
  6. SPECIAL DIETARY NOTE: For renal diets, reduce portion size to 1/4 cup to reduce potassium. For autoimmune diets, personal sensitivities must be considered.
