Instructions
  1. Wash all fresh fruits and vegetables and set aside to dry.
  2. Dice red potatoes into medium sized pieces and place in sauce pot with 3 cups of water. Soak for 2 hours and drain to remove water. Add 3 cups of water to potatoes. Cook over medium heat until crisp tender.
  3. Remove outer leaves from cauliflower and chop one half of head into small pieces. Add cauliflower to potatoes and continue cooking for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Remove potato cauliflower combination from heat and drain in colander. With potato masher, mash vegetables to blend leaving some chunks of potato.
  5. To mashed vegetables, add milk, butter, and garlic pepper. Stir to blend completely. Portion 1/2 cup and serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days.
