Instructions
  1. Wash vegetables thoroughly and set aside to dry.
  2. Preheat non stick saute pan over medium high heat.
  3. Cut chicken breasts into bite size pieces, add to saute pan and cook until light brown.
  4. Add broccoli cuts and pepper to chicken pieces in pan and continue cooking until tender crisp. Add mushrooms to mixture and cook until light brown.
  5. Reduce heat to low and add honey mustard sauce. Cover pan and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Portion 1/2 cup onto serving plate and serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days. Serving suggestion: Serve over brown rice.

  1. Me and my husband are looking for low sodium recipes. He had a heart attack in 2017 and we are trying to eat more healthy. I use a lot of Mrs. Dash but not fond of some of the seasoning. We eat a lot of fish, ground chicken. He is a big hunter so we have Vinson. And are looking for buafflo. Thank you tammy
