Instructions
  1. Wash all fresh fruits and vegetables thoroughly and set aside to dry. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Remove turkey from package and rinse well. Place turkey on roasting rack in 9x13 roasting pan. Coat with olive oil.
  3. Cut onion into quarters and place in cavity of turkey. In small bowl, combine chopped rosemary and sage. Sprinkle herb mixture over turkey. Cover with foil.
  4. Place turkey in preheated oven for approximately 4 hours or until turkey reaches an internal temperature of 170 degrees.
  5. Remove from oven and let stand for 15 minutes to cool before slicing.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
