Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  2. Thoroughly wash vegetables and set aside to dry.
  3. Lightly spray baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange okra in baking dish in a single layer.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over okra. Sprinkle seasoned pepper and basil on top of olive oil.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Portion 1/2 cup into serving dish. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days.
