Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mist a 9 x 13 baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. Wash all fresh vegetables thoroughly before using. Set aside to dry.
  3. Combine basil, garlic powder, oregano and seasoned pepper in small bowl stirring until blended.
  4. Remove fat from pork chops and set aside.
  5. Slice mushrooms in half and set aside.
  6. Place pork chops in baking pan and coat with olive oil. Cover with mushrooms and diced onions. Sprinkle evenly with spice blend. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.
  7. Remove from oven and serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
