Instructions
  1. Wash all fresh fruits and vegetables and set aside to dry.
  2. Grill red pepper halves either on outdoor or indoor grill pan for approximately 15 minutes until skin is browned. Remove from grill pan and plunge into cold water. Remove skin from cooled peppers.
  3. Place 2/3 of bell pepper into food processor and chop. Add all other ingredients and process until smooth.
  4. With remaining red pepper, chop into small pieces and add to pepper, spice and cheese mixture.
  5. Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to blend. Serve with fresh vegetables for dipping.
