Instructions
  1. Place cabbage mix into large bowl. Chop apple into bite size pieces and add to cabbage mixture. Add cranberries to mixture. Add chopped celery to mixture.
  2. Combine vinegar, Stevia, canola oil, and dry mustard in separate bowl. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add dressing to vegetable mixture and toss lightly.
  4. Serve immediately or store up to 3 days at refrigerated temperature.
