Instructions
  1. Sift floour, baking powder and salt together. Stir milk and oil into flour mixture.
  2. In separate bowl, beat Ener-G Egg Replacer with water until foamy (about 30 seconds).
  3. Fold the flour mixture into the Egg Replacer. Bake in medium-hot waffle iron until golden brown.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
