- 4tbsp Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- 4tbsp Vinegar, balsamic - 1 tbsp
- 1tsp Spices, pepper, black - 1 tsp, whole

Instructions
- Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly and set aside to dry.
- Preheat broiler unit in oven.
- On a large baking sheet, roll asparagus spears in olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle with coarse ground black pepper. Arrange evenly on pan.
- Broil asparagus under broiler until crisp-tender (approximately 6-8 minutes).
- Serve 6 spears each while hot. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days.
